My wife and I Jean live down the street in Serendipity Mobile home (we own a share) and spend 5 months a year at this address. As I have indicated in the past, the service and attitude of (this) Dick Norris dealership is extremely satisfying. I am very concerned on how my vehicle looks and operates, I expect nothing but care and concern how my car is treated and respected, the staff here is the best I have ever received. I have owned approx. 7 brand new vehicles and many dealings with GM service departments in Ontario. I have also a few years under my belt concerning servicing on the GM staff side and know the games. My dealings with Mr. Demarco has been nothing but professional and all dealings have been cared out to the letter. (remarkable). He has been great to work with over the years and has helped us out with all of our service needs very professionally as well. This was our third new vehicle purchase from Dick Norris Buick GMC since 2003. As always our treatment as valued customers has been above par.
