My wife and I just purchased our first new car from South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. we had previously always bought used cars. We visited the dealer several times before making our purchase and they always made us feel at home. Leo Estrada was amazing to deal with. Leo helped us compare 2 models that we were interested in - the Jeep Compass and the Dodge Journey. Leo clearly explained the differences in both models and didn't try to "sell" us on either one but instead gave us the information that we needed to make the decision. We took several days to decide and then told Leo exactly what we were looking for. Leo was able to put us in exactly the vehicle we wanted. A beautiful 2013 Dodge Journey Crew. When we showed up to the dealership to make the purchase, Leo had helped us get in and our quickly with amazing service. He was able to answer all of our questions and we were very satisfied with our purchase. I would refer all of my friends looking for a car to Leo Estrada and South Oak Dodge. My entire experience was A1 at South Oak. I initially went with a cousin to purchase a vehicle on Friday, didn't really have any intention on buying a new vehicle this soon, however it was in my near fut went with a cousin to purchase a vehicle on Friday, didn't really have any intention on buying a new vehicle this soon, however it was in my near future plans. Everyone there was so nice and friendly when they greet you. I was looking around while I was waiting, then I saw a nice SUV outside that really caught my eye. I went home that Friday and thought about that truck all night, got up Saturday morning and went back up there and Leo answered my every question, and was very knowledgable and explained everything about the vehicle, took time to work with me and my budget, I traded my Trailblazer and he got me in a new Durango. He was wonderful and made sure that I was 100% satisfied and that I got just what I wanted. I would recommend anyone to go there. And I might add I checked out the reviews at the dealership before I went and was amazed at all of the good reviews overall. Not to many dealerships have that, so ((GREAT))job to Leo and the crew. We contacted South Oak, gentleman that answered the phone was super-duper friendly. We decided to make the 1 1/2 hour trip to see what they had to offer. Within minutes of arriving we were greeted, and in steps Leo. This guy is the best. He was knowledgeable about their products, gave us a great selection of cars to select from. The best part was that he listened to what we wanted and did not once try to hassle us into a vehicle that we did not want. Something we experienced with our local dealers. We will be back and I will recommend family and friends to meet out new family at South Oak Dodge. More

I bought a new 2012 dodge laramie on 7/23/12 I went to another dealer first. I had a trade in qoute from edmonds.com and a firm price offer on a simaler laramie. I then checked on web called south oak dodge and asked them to met or beat the deal.I spoke with Cindy who said she could & would,I asked her again please do not waist my time if she could not beat my price.I told her I was coming from quite a distance. She told me to come in and they would make it worth my while. I did where I met Leo Estrada I'm 58 years old and I have bought many vehicles in my life. I have never had a more pleasurable & time saving experiance as this. Leo was extremely pleasasnt & knowledgable. I was in & out in about 2hrs. with a new vehicle and the price I wanted.I will recomend everyone & anyone I now to southoak dodge & to leo Estrada.Leo also took time to sync my wifes & my phones.
