Very disappointed in my visit I was told by my sales rep that I would not need to come in for the transfer of my lease purchase then stated I would have to come in but only to drop off a check. Incorrectly was also given blank papers to sign which I had to request for them to fill out before my signature went on them, then asked me to sign one in two places and said oh it’s a mistake and I asked for the copy to be redone and was not when I went into the F&I . After leaving after an hour and a half the finance person shook my hand no thank you no, we appreciate your business. I will never shop with you again. More
