The financing officer was a bit dull on faciliting our paperwork, but not the deal breaker for me as Leo already went through all of the process with me before hand. We communicated mostly over text, emails and short phone calls. Once I made the decision, it took about 1.5 hr to finish all the paperwork, Leo show us all the extra features of the car, and us transfer our stuff from old to new car. Overall, it is one of those experience I will continue to put off if it wasn't because how easy Leo was to work with. More
