Very thorough. All concerns and questions answered. Our salesperson, Morris Leon Poole, spent all the time we needed to answer our questions. Need better communication I had a appointment at 9:00 am for a tire rotation and I sat until I got up at 11:00 to find out why it was taking so long. I was told I was next .
