They are professional, truthful, accommodating, patient, and attentive. I called Jim Ellis Toyota looking for a wind-chill pearl Camry Hybrid XSE. I explained that other dealerships gave me the run-around and a hard time. Leon assured me that Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough was the best place to come and that they would take good care of me. Michael Green, Leon, and Cori went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I was initially going to finance with my bank, but they beat my bank's deal and gave me an APR and monthly payment I could not turn down!! They all constantly communicated with me on their own! They happily answered EVERY single question I had. The car I wanted was in transit to their dealership, and they allowed me to put a deposit to hold it! My car was even delivered two weeks early! I would call them every other day with various concerns about my credit, the car details, monthly payment, the updated estimated arrival time of the car, and more. Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough treated me like family and earned a lifetime customer. I have referred my family and friends; they are ready to experience the BEST car dealership in the world! I was a little frustrated that it took 5 hours to purchase the car that I had already picked out and was told I would be in and out quickly.
