After visiting a neighboring dealer and being told “final price” in “we don’t need your used car business” tone, by the “manager” and walking away, we came to Delray Buick and drove the almost identical car, price” in “we don’t need your used car business” tone, by the “manager” and walking away, we came to Delray Buick and drove the almost identical car, but this one was a year newer…and the same price. After driving we noticed a small interior issue, which was noted. We discussed price, showed them that the other dealer was a little less than their price, they worked with us, got us where we wanted to be. Then they deducted the price of the interior part from the total. No hard sales or push on even the extended warranty (didn’t buy yet). We did everything and it took a few hours. Took longer for the other place to find the 2 cars and us to test drive. Nice people and the car is great! They even welcomed our no service dog, along with our service dog and the whole staff was nice! So thanks!! Way better than the dealer over there that sounds like the insurance company. More

I came here and bought a 2019 ram 1500 a year ago from the used dealership . Truck had 31k miles . Clean car fax no damages or accidents. . Was told truck had manufactured warranty . Now at a year later the used dealership . Truck had 31k miles . Clean car fax no damages or accidents. . Was told truck had manufactured warranty . Now at a year later after 43 thousand dollars . I find out my truck had extensive water damage and there is no manufacturer warranty on the vehicle . Even tho I had warrantyable issues .. if you buy a vehicle from here do extensive vin checks . Sure wished I would have . Now I'm stuck having to fix a 42 thousand dollar truck because no one will make it right .. More
