Saw a car advertised, came in, drove it, bought it Searching over 150 mile radius to find "the car" and finally in one week two of the same model, package group, and trim level pop up online and both d Searching over 150 mile radius to find "the car" and finally in one week two of the same model, package group, and trim level pop up online and both dealers are 20ish miles from my house in opposite directions. Head to World VW first since they had a better website and pictures of the vehicle and it was a more favorable color. Met Leonard and thank god he was chill "here are the keys, drive it, come back, ask questions when you come back." His calm nature and relaxed sales mantra with an extremely fair market sale price made our first stop our last. Drove it on Saturday, bought it on Monday. The rest of the staff were solid, no BS, no pressure. They even offered us pizza since we came right from work Monday night... who does that?! ..... World VW does! More

Worth the 4-hour drive each way! We searched for over a month to find the Ford Explorer with all of the features we wanted at the price we were going to pay... World VW delivered that We searched for over a month to find the Ford Explorer with all of the features we wanted at the price we were going to pay... World VW delivered that and so much more! They were so responsive and pleasant and wanted to make a deal. They were considerate of our time and went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. The facility was very accommodating for our 11 month old while we waited for the final detailing and fuel fill up of the new ride. I wish they were closer...I'd refer everybody to them that I could! More

Got a new 2016 Passat R-line I went in looking to get a new car and i was just looking around the lot and leonard came right out to me and my mom and was the best from the start , I went in looking to get a new car and i was just looking around the lot and leonard came right out to me and my mom and was the best from the start , offered to let me test drive the car i wanted. Than after i got back from test driving it, we went inland started all the paper work, at first i didn't get it but than the next morning when het got into work at 9 he texted me and was going to try something to get me into the car i wanted , and just like that he did, he didnt have to try as hard as he did but he did and that made me very appreciative of him, I'm defiantly going to go back to him whenever I'm ready for my next car. More
