Excellent service top notch I've had four different services done to my vehicle and each time have had a very high rating for each. I have brought my car for service I will share my experience regarding Leonard Navarro. Mr. Navarro is to be commended for his customer service. I have brought my car for service for many years and I have always appreciated Mr. Navarro's expertise, friendliness, thoroughness with explaining the needs of the car, it's importance and cost. I now have a new car and I have brought it in to Mr. Navarro for some additional package plans to protect the car. Again, he has been thorough and has always treated me with respect. I know I can count on him and to provide needed and excellent service for my car. I have bought 4 Infiniti cars since 1996. Thank you. More

It should be easy to rate and leave options for people to address any issues if any come up. Leonard takes care of my needs and don’t have issues.
