Sales - Charged our loan $4222 for protection plan. We cancelled immediately. Two months later they still have not issued our refund. Management rarely responds to calls or emails, and when they do say We cancelled immediately. Two months later they still have not issued our refund. Management rarely responds to calls or emails, and when they do say the refund is "processing". They sent us a copy of a check they never sent trying to shut us up. We have bought many cars in our lifetime, and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. More
