I am a Colorado native and I started my career with INFINITI OF DENVER 15 years ago. I started off as a lot tech and then moved up to detail and eventually I moved into sales. I have been on the sales side for 8 years now and I am here to stay. One of the reasons I am here to stay is because I enjoy selling a quality product to my clients. I also enjoy the "family" of co-workers I have gotten to know over the last 18 years at INFINITI OF DENVER. Outside of work I enjoy traveling to different places, couple of my favorites being Miami & San Diego. I love spending time with my family and I have a passion for cooking. Oil Change I came in to the dealership without an appointment on Saturday at about 2 pm for an oil change...Clark set the expectation that it would be about an h I came in to the dealership without an appointment on Saturday at about 2 pm for an oil change...Clark set the expectation that it would be about an hour and 20 minutes for the work to be done which was fine for me coming in without prior notification. The service was done in under an hour, at a rate below other big brand oil change establishments, and the staff as always was friendly, accomodating, and a pleasure to be around. The #1 Infiniti Dealer in colorado My first experience was a free car wash. I owned an Altima at the time. When I was ready to buy a new car, Infiniti was the only dealership I visited. I been with them every since and service gets better each visit. It's the best in the business and it's consistant. The staff is friendly, know you by name, excellent work at reasonable prices, beautiful showroom and waiting area, courtsey loaners or ride to work, very knowledgeable and very professional. More

Devastating loss, insidious owner. I could spend weeks explaining all of my experience, but will keep it brief. Last October I bought a used car from Infiniti of Denver - four months I could spend weeks explaining all of my experience, but will keep it brief. Last October I bought a used car from Infiniti of Denver - four months later (after normal driving and commuting to and from the office) the turbo blew, destroying the engine. I felt they should have acknowledged the fact that they simply sold a bad product, and issue a refund because it was such a small window of time I had owned it; I made four payments at that point. Instead, they treated me like a pest when I asked them, and they made it very clear they wanted nothing to do with me and were in no way responsible. I was taken aback at this, as their salesman said prior to the sale that the turbo was "totally fine, it has less than 60,000 on it". As a result, they left me with at least $9,500 in repairs on a $14,500 car that ran for four months...So far, this has cost me $10,000 of my own savings. For all of us that work paycheck-to-paycheck, you know how much that hurts. They say I bought it as is, which is correct, but they were not completely honest with me, and walked the line of negligence and fraud very closely. They will woo you to get you into a car, but could care less about you after you sign the dotted line. This has been the largest financial loss of my life, losing years and years of personal savings I was just getting ready to use for a trip and home repairs. Don't be fooled by the Infiniti name or their snazzy suits; they are the same as any shady car dealer and won't hesitate to screw you over if it serves them better. Thanks for reading! More
