I would really like to give this service center 5 stars. But a simple oil change that was only supposed to take 30 minutes to an hour, took almost 4 hours and I was almost late picking up my son from school But a simple oil change that was only supposed to take 30 minutes to an hour, took almost 4 hours and I was almost late picking up my son from school. I was told that they finished my car, parked it out front and forgot about it. Do better, please. More

I think the construction is a huge dilema that keeps this facility from being its best. I completely understand that’s not their fault. but if i knew that i would have been at the dealer shift for 5 hours fo facility from being its best. I completely understand that’s not their fault. but if i knew that i would have been at the dealer shift for 5 hours for an oil change, i would have went home enjoyed my day and considered giving this a better rating. the estimate was 2 hours, and they didn’t even utilize the status link to keep me updated. it’s clear that they overbooked and had to squeeze me in cause the man next to me came hours later than me and still left before me. More
