My family was traveling south on I-81 when our 2006 Honda Odyssey had a major mechanical issue an we were forced to pull off the highway and limp into Valley Honda. The service representative, Matt Miller, was extremely helpful and even provided us with a loaner car even though we were over 100 miles from home and just starting a three day trip to Lynchburg, VA. We brought the loaner car back two days later and pulled into Valley Nissan to look at the Nissan Rogue in addition to the Honda CRV. Tabatha Hummel was the perfect salesperson,focusing on my wife (the primary driver) and also going across the highway to Valley Nissan to get aHonda CRV to compare. We choose the Nissan, and I cannot say enough about the high quality customer service offered by both dealerships. The combination of outstanding service and sales staff by these two dealership is not an accident. I highly recommend dealing with either. More

I dealt with Kelly Ashby, who listened carefully to my needs and wants, and then asked clarifying questions to make certain she understood what my wife and I were looking for. As we test drove the vehicle, and afterward, she highlighted and demonstrated the vehicle's options and features with a friendly ease that made me feel comfortable asking the dumb questions she must answer many times each day. Kelly was both friendly and professional throughout the process. I can see why Valley Nissan is a busy dealership. You feel like you are buying a car from a trusted friend. More

Relatively painless! Found the car I wanted in Valley Auto's inventory online and drove all the way to Staunton from C'ville to take a test drive. Ken was very nice and he Found the car I wanted in Valley Auto's inventory online and drove all the way to Staunton from C'ville to take a test drive. Ken was very nice and helpful, and offered some other used/new alternatives in the Nissan line. In the end, Ken helped us get the deal we wanted (needed!) to stay under our budget, and has fielded questions about the car even after he sold it. Some of the other staff weren't as friendly and were a bit off-putting, but I won't let that pull my rating down for Ken's sake! Oh, also, Lesley quickly helped us finish up the paperwork. Super nice and fast! More
