My daughter and I had stopped by to test-drive the 2015 Murano and of course, Miss Tabatha presented just the car that would WOW us both. I had purposely left my KIA in another location so I would not be tempted to buy that day, the 4th of July which was remedied quickly. I would say, because of the holiday, there was a great deal of personal attention and time spent. To say they least, I drove back to Maryland with my new Murano and throughly enjoyed the relaxing and 1/2 hour drive home. Probably the most enjoyable car purchase ever. He pulled the car up to the door when he presented it to us so we didn't have to walk across the whole lot. He made sure the car was filled with gas, that it was cleaned, and the tires were shiny black before we left, As far as the management. Ben St. Ours and Thomas Holsapple were the greatest. They were NOT the typical sales managers that surround you and make you feel pressured to buy. They greeted us upon entry which was the most welcoming I've seen from a dealership. Ben St. Ours argued with the bank for over 20 minutes to get me a great low rate. Thomas Holsapple #1 helped me get a little more money for my trade and even bought pizza for us. He's a class act. Oh and I can't forget about Lesley Wicks. He helped with the confusing finance part. He showed us which warranty would work best for our driving patterns.
