Dealing with the dealership was a great experience. However I had a bad experience with the service that was performed.. The service tech damaged the gasket on the oil filter and I had to return the ne However I had a bad experience with the service that was performed.. The service tech damaged the gasket on the oil filter and I had to return the next day to have it replaced. Luckily I caught the issue before all of the oil leaked out.. When I returned to the dealership to report the issue they took my car in immediately. They addressed the issue and had me back on the road within an hour.. More

Just 2 weeks into having the car home the engine light came on. We took it back to Kia and it was a valve in the engine. The engine was taken apart and the problem fixed with NO charge. Had a flat patched on a Friday, had to return again on Monday because patch failed. Made an appointment for 30,000 mile check up for following week. Went for appointment, told them I was there for 30,000 Monday because patch failed. Made an appointment for 30,000 mile check up for following week. Went for appointment, told them I was there for 30,000 mile check up, & please pay special attention to tire that had been flat. 3 hours later they came to tell me my tires were OK & I'm done. I said "What about the 30,000 mile check up? It wasn't done. I waited 2 more hours, they changed several filters, bands & fluids--not part of the 30,000 mile check up, never reset the warning indicator telling me my check up was due OR changed the sticker on my windshield. It was still alerting me 30,000 mile was due. I complained to the manager. Of course, he placated me. I have to go in next week at 7AM, get the manager to accompany my car into the garage to make sure all work is completed: for 30,000 miles you also need tires rotated, brakes inspected & oil changed. Also, I figured out how to check tire pressure on my dash board, the tire that had been flat had 45 PSI in it, should be 35. 3 other tires had various amounts in them between 27PSI & 32 PSI. I will not be returning here. Additionally, I had asked service rep to review my bill with me & make sure all points for 30,000 mile check up were covered & she said "Just read these papers, it's all in there." I had bought 2 cars here & always used service here. Unfortunately, Billy Fuccillo died, the business was sold and they obviously have a terrible problem with service. More
