I went to Allen Samuels for two reasons. First, I needed some very minor warranty work and second to speak with Leslie Cooper Gholson the financial director. After visiting with Ms Leslie an First, I needed some very minor warranty work and second to speak with Leslie Cooper Gholson the financial director. After visiting with Ms Leslie and getting all my questions answered, next thing I knew I was speaking with Chase King in sales. Chase was able to turn my 2020 Ram with less than 16,000 miles into a Jeep Cherokee 4x4 within a short time. This was remarkable when all I was doing was looking to kill time. Chase took the time (in the cold wind and drizzle) to highlight every aspect of the exterior of the vehicle and its style before we ever got in. Once inside Chase reviewed the electronics, the safety features, and answered all the questions I would normally ask before I could ask them. Instead of trying to sell me the Jeep, Chase took the time to tell me why the Jeep was the right vehicle for me. I can tell you he was not wrong. We were able to make a deal which met my terms and I drove home in my new Jeep. This was my 4th purchase over the years from Allen Samuels and as Always this was another great experience. Day after purchase Chase called to check my satisfaction and answer any questions I had about the vehicles operation. Later in the day I also got a call from Trey McDade to also assure my satisfaction. More
