This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We knew what we wanted and they made sure we got what we wanted! Communication, follow-up, professionalism, friendliness and great environment from t We knew what we wanted and they made sure we got what we wanted! Communication, follow-up, professionalism, friendliness and great environment from the time you pull up to the time you leave. Everyone said "Hi" and were very pleasant. Haley, our sales person, was hands down amazing! She showed patience with our millions of questions. Let us know a status every week when it was on order, even if nothing changed. Kept us in the loop and worked with us every step of the way! Never worked with anyone like her (in a fantastic way). Have already recommended her and will return again for any future needs! Leslie, in financing, was miracle worker! She made sure we got what we wanted and had everything ready when we arrived! Super friendly and professional and knows what she is doing! A big thank you and shout out to Haley, Leslie and the whole Allen Samuel's team for being amazing and showing us that customer service is still valued! More
