Easy and quick My first time dropping my car off for inspection was easy. I drove in, dropped my car off and walked in to the service representatives. They were friendly and I was immediately taken care of and entered into the system. They got me out quickly which I greatly appreciated - no wait. When it came time to pick up my representative guided me to the cashiers office and answered my questions - experience = A+. More

Inspection & Repair I was able to get an appointment within a day. I was able to drop it off the night before. Repairs needed were done quickly & efficiently. They washed my car before I picked it up. Excellent! More

Very disappointing!!! From the night I purchased my truck and every week there after for about 5 weeks... Some issues were unforeseen but some issues could have been avoid From the night I purchased my truck and every week there after for about 5 weeks... Some issues were unforeseen but some issues could have been avoided and just to think when I saw my truck and test drove it I was so in love and couldn’t wait to own it. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had buying a car at first the service department was very helpful but than it seemed to have changed once my truck kept coming back every week for different issues that I think should have been checked before the truck was sold. Not having your vehicle for a month but it has been in the shop 4 times is really overwhelming.. The two options I had was to get the truck fixed again or trade it in for something else.... I decided to get the truck fixed instead of going threw that whole trade in process again.. but it seemed to me the sales department nor the service department was helpful with trying to figure out why my car was in the shop so much and I hadn’t had the truck for 30 days yet. I could go on and on about my experience with this truck because no it hasn’t been the best but I hope things get better from here on out as I am a customer and I thought the customer always came first and I will be needing service on my vehicle. More

Faulkner We own two Buicks, both bought from Faulkner. We have found that every single person we have encountered at Faulkner is just superb, all very customer We own two Buicks, both bought from Faulkner. We have found that every single person we have encountered at Faulkner is just superb, all very customer focused and responsive. Highest marks on friendliness and quality of work. One problem is their car wash. It leaves spots all over the washed car and it then must be taken to a commercial wash to clean it up. This is a systemic problem, they are aware of it. This needs to be fixed. More
