Job was done very perfect on my Buick I had noise in my car which was bothering me for a while.Along with I got my engine light and battery smoke and service power steering message.As it i I had noise in my car which was bothering me for a while.Along with I got my engine light and battery smoke and service power steering message.As it is popped all of a sudden I was frustrated.But theyfiguredoutmybattery and left wheel bearing to be changed.That was it and my car run like a new car with 125000 miles obit. Why me I brought my car from here and it's always something when I bring my truck there, all I asked for was a oil change, and the ten points, it wasn't don I brought my car from here and it's always something when I bring my truck there, all I asked for was a oil change, and the ten points, it wasn't done, also I asked for lug nuts for my truck, they sold and put the wrong ones on my truck, now I have to take off of work for this, Minor problem that could have been taking care of, no the service manger Kim/kelly, was being selfish, and refuse to have my truck checked out, I wasn't looking for anything free other than the ten point, I didn't received it the last time I visit you're shop. More

Great service experience I took my Buick Enclave to Faulkner due to a recall issue, and since I was going, had a 60,000 mile service as well. There was a delay in the recall i I took my Buick Enclave to Faulkner due to a recall issue, and since I was going, had a 60,000 mile service as well. There was a delay in the recall item and it took a few extra days to get the part, but Leslie was wonderful to work with. She provided timely updates and was always very friendly and professional. I was offered a courtesy car due to the delay, and Leslie went out of her way to get items from my car that I might need (child's car seat, phone charger, and garage door opener). I would definitely go back for service when needed again. More
