This was our first time doing business with Jones. Ford. We started off our experience with Amy Howard via the internet. We live 2 hours away from the dealership. She made it easy for to set us an appointment time to be there to meet with a sales associate, Amelia Caldwell. This soft handoff was beneficial in our purchase decision. Ms. Caldwell was very knowledgeable and was very easy to talk to. We specifically came wanting to look at 2 Ford Edge vehicles. One new Edge and one used. We didn’t know if we would be trading at this time, but before the day was over we had purchased the new Ford Edge. Amelia was great in answering all of our questions and made it easy asking them. We will be back and will be referring our friends to Jones Ford and to Amelia! More

Dylan Jordan and Marissa were excellent to deal with, both of them had a very pleasant disposition. They made buying a new truck hassle-free. They went above and beyond. My wife and I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles from local dealers and this was by far the best experience. Jamie was by far the best sales person I’ve dealt with. He offered me more than vehicles from local dealers and this was by far the best experience. Jamie was by far the best sales person I’ve dealt with. He offered me more than a fair trade value, had my paperwork ready when I got to the dealership, and I was finished within 2 hours. Not to mention, the lifetime warranty is great too! More
