I brought in my new 2025 RAM 1500 Laramie for warranty work on four specific concerns, with an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. By 3:14 PM, I called for an update and was told that a technician still ha work on four specific concerns, with an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. By 3:14 PM, I called for an update and was told that a technician still hadn’t started work on my truck. I arrived at 3:38 PM to pick it up, and the service manager, Ty, confirmed they hadn’t gotten to it yet—despite the dealership being open until 6:00 PM. The issues I reported were not complex and should not have required a full day. While my purchase experience at McLarty Daniel was excellent, the lack of follow-through and communication from the service department was disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. I agree with other reviews: the service department needs serious evaluation and improvement. I recommend bringing in an outside consultant to help raise the bar on customer service. More
