They did in a week what the others couldn’t do in two months. But aside from their timeliness their professionalism and the way they made you feel like a warm comforting experience is something I have never felt in former car buying experiences! Lesly came in on her DAY OFF to work with my husband and I. Sam her manager was who I had initially worked with via a referral and the handoff made me feel like I had TWO people in my corner working for me. Working with the finance team and even the team that worked with my insurance company were exceptional as well! Like I said words can’t describe what a great experience this was. But I tried! Thank you Herb Chambers of Lexus Team!! More
