When we arrived, it took a long time for anyone to even notice us or help us yet there were staff everywhere sitting around, looking at us. Lester didn’t even seem very interested in helping us much either, like we were wasting his time. And then didn’t tell us the car we purchased only had one key until we purchased the car, and said he will try get in touch with the previous owner for the spare key. I have text him for an update but he ignored my message. So overall wouldn’t say I had the best experience, as every other dealership, the Salespeople have been a lot more invested in helping me, while Lester didn’t seem to make much effort at all. More
