Even after we got home, he followed up via email on a few questions he needed to gather some info on. The car came in earlier than expected and everyone we worked with from start to finish was professional, showed they care and want to make the customer experience great. In addition to the great experience with our new purchase, we have another Sport that we needed to get serviced and Christian and the team were fantastic, communicated well and worked hard to apply any service promo available. He made sure I had a loaner and the car was ready on time and clean at pick up. Getting in and out was quick and I am very happy! More

I made my first big purchase of a vehicle yesterday. I was a bit nervous and not sure how the purchasing process worked. When we were finished and the car was now mine, Mike walked me to an area to pick up my car. I was so happy to see the car with a big red bow on it! After a few pictures, we sat in the car and he went over every detail that I needed to know about the control's. There were so many, but he made sure I understood it all before I left. Every employee made sure I was well taken care of by introducing themselves and even offering water and snacks.
