If you want a great deal, you want Hudson Ford I had one of the best car buying experiences & I am NOT your normal car shopper. I have driven the same car for 18 years. But, it was finally ti I had one of the best car buying experiences & I am NOT your normal car shopper. I have driven the same car for 18 years. But, it was finally time for a change, seriously I was ready to move on. Oh I had opportunities to buy a car over those 18 years, but never felt compelled to do so. As my quest to find a new car began all the trepidations that most fear surfaced when it came to car buying. Can I get the right car at the right price from the right place or person? Well Hudson Ford came thru in all three categories. The right car was for me, was a yellow mustang. I wasn't concerned really with the year, but wanted some thing modern & something that was in good shape, low miles, etc. I looked far & wide. Not a lot of selection in my area. I live in northern Illinois & even the big city of Chicago did not offer me the selection I was looking for. But 4 hours away, in the town of Hudson, WI a Ford Dealership had my ride. The information was all right up front, the price looked appeasing & the mileage fit the years on the car. I typed in my information & in moments, literally like 15 minutes I get a phone call. Not an email, a phone call. The lady on the phone, Chelsey, was very courteous and offered me more information & even offered to have someone speak to me that could answer some specific questions that I had that she could not answer. What service. In other words, instead of making up answers or giving me half truths, Chelsey was willing to get me to the right person to answer my questions. I told her I had to think about this & pray about it. I am a Christian & I wanted to make sure that I relied on the Lord to help me as I made this decision. I know in other times in the past I have relied on my own assumptions, or judgments to make a decision & generally wind up making all the wrong choices. So, with my intelligence quidded by experience, I've learned to go to the Lord in prayer when making decisions. The next day I get a call from Amillie & she wants to know if there are any more questions I might have or what she can do to close this deal. The level of courtesy & professionalism that I experienced with these 2 ladies had me sold. The car was great, the car was an amazing price, but let me be very clear, what got that car sold was the level of customer service I experienced. Let me remind you, I was 4 hours away, I had only SEEN pictures & SPOKE to these 2 about the car & a healthy dose of prayer. I was relying on the what I was seeing & being told was the honest truth. Again, I felt at peace about this & went up there to see the car..... really to buy the car, but I obviously had to see if everything I was being told was correct. And it WAS. To the letter. Chelsey & Amillie were right on point. NO punches pulled, everything was legit as I was told. I can tell you that if you are in the area of Hudson Ford you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't consider them for your next car. I am very, very happy about the choice I made to go with Hudson Ford. Make sure to catch my next review...…… (but it could be a while, remember I had my other Ford for 18 years) More

She is knowledgeable, friendly, non-pushy, and “cuts to the chase” on every deal. The most important thing is: I trust her! Financing is simple and dealing with Levi Klaudt in the finance department was a very pleasant experience. In fact, I wish it hadn’t been so “streamlined” as I would have liked to have spent more time chatting with him. Great guy, knows his stuff, and gets you through the process quickly.
