Once we need what the settlement was from our insurance company we headed to Hudson Ford. Once there we were paired with Randy. He listened to our story and our wants. Debating about getting another Explorer or looking at an Escape. Randy brought out a similar Explorer to the one that I had just purchased on 2016. Randy then brought out an Escape Titanium in Metallic, and we took it out for a test drive. By the time we got back to the dealership, it was a done deal. Randy helped get me into my new escape. When it was time to pick up the new car, he was very through and went through everything that was new and different from my old car. He helped go through the app and made sure I knew about all the great features of my new car! Randy is GREAT! More

We first worked with the service department, which has serviced our 2013 Escape since we bought it, to helping us decide the best course of trading it in for a new used car for us. It definitely wasn’t what we were planning for. But the 2017 Escape was absolutely perfect for us. Our sales associate, Jason Karl, helped us into our new vehicle within a few hours. Even with a toddler in tow, he worked diligently with financing to get the processes done. Will see them again when we need to upgrade our Focus! More
