Another awesome experience at Hudson Ford!! I purchased a new Super Duty at Hudson Ford a few years ago and I still totally love it. Also, my wife and I were super happy with how we were treated I purchased a new Super Duty at Hudson Ford a few years ago and I still totally love it. Also, my wife and I were super happy with how we were treated by Amillie Kayacan. So, when my wife needed a car, we checked with Hudson Ford first. Did I mention we live in Rochester? Anyway, they just happened to have an awesome SHO Taurus on the lot that was the exact color she wanted. Long story short, the SHO is now sitting next to the Super Duty and my wife loves her Hudson Ford car as much as I love my Hudson Ford truck!! Two thumbs up for Amillie Kayacan and two more thumbs up for Levi Klaudt for his help with the financing. With Ford's awesome quality, it may be a while before we need another vehicle, but when we do, you can bet we will be coming back to Hudson Ford!! More

When I contacted Hudson Ford, they turned the situation into a positive one by taking accountability for the situation. Instead of being difficult as most places would have been, I was VERY relieved that they worked with me to find a better, more reliable vehicle. I am very impressed with how Mike Holly and Cory Spear stepped up to the plate and insured that I left their dealership a much happier person. They both were very courteous and professional, and did everything possible to make sure that they found a another vehicle for me in a prompt and efficient manner.
