Brandon and Joe are AWESOME and Levi made the paperwork process a breeze--even with a last minute financing change that helped benefit us! While we were buying are new car, we had our current car serviced, which is always a seamless process as well! We won't go anywhere else! More

Fun experience! We were randomly assigned to Trisha Knops when we went in for a test drive and I am so glad we were! She made the whole experience very fun. She answered our questions and showed us features on the vehicle including user tips that she had learned from her own experience. There was no hint of any high pressure sales situation. When we came back to make the purchase Levi walked us through the financing helping us understand the options and making the process quite easy and again without pressure. Then Trisha gave us a lesson in operating the vehicle keeping us laughing most of the time with her quick wit. When we took one last look around the outside of the vehicle, we noticed a tiny chip on the edge of the passenger door. Trisha took us right over to the detail shop and they took care of it on the spot. It was such a great experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Ford. More

The team was able to assure that the truck was as good in real life as the pictures were on the web. I made the 50 minute drive to the dealership and was very impressed with the professionalism of Trisha as she met us and answered all our questions. She showed us the truck and it was everything she said it was with a no haggle price that was fair for both the dealership and me. There was no pushy tactics with anyone at the dealership and the process although long, was very pleasant. I drove away with my new used truck and am very pleased. More

Great Service I stopped in looking for a 2011 -2014 diesel pickup 2500. Was met in the lot my Joe Neinas. Very friendly guy. He asked me if I was interested in seei I stopped in looking for a 2011 -2014 diesel pickup 2500. Was met in the lot my Joe Neinas. Very friendly guy. He asked me if I was interested in seeing a 3500 that just came in. I figured why not. It turned out that even though it was a 3500 it fit what I was looking for. I really didn't decide that until the next day. I called Joe and we set up a time to test drive it even though it had not been detailed yet. After the test drive, my daughter who was with, decided it was up to me but she approved (lol). A hint if there ever was one. Joe turned me over to Levi Klaudt after the proposals were done and Levi is just as nice and attentive as Joe. Spoke with Randy Krig a couple times while I was waiting for Levi to finish with another customer. He also was very accommodating. It is an atmosphere of light humor and positive interaction. All of the staff were very friendly. I am pleased with my purchase. There was no pressure at all. Hudson Ford is a one price store to no haggling which makes it easier for all involved. Either take it or leave it make for a better emotional experience in my opinion. More
