After years of great support and service on my Expedition from the service team (Kelly, Mike, and Barb at the desk along with the tech team), it was t After years of great support and service on my Expedition from the service team (Kelly, Mike, and Barb at the desk along with the tech team), it was time to venture up on the sales floor for a new purchase. I can't say enough about the professional and accommodating service of the team. Jason Kahl, my sales rep, could not have been more attentive in listening to my needs and what I wanted out of my next vehicle. After 18 years in an Expedition, I was obviously going to experience some new technology and Jason did a great job bringing me up to speed, taking the time to test drive a few options and educating me on the features. Along the way to rolling out of the dealership with my new Explorer Sport, I also met Janelle (great phone conversation about Nav technology the day before picking up my car), Levi Klaudt (financing and warranty - who gave me a thorough and objective review of additional product purchases and extended warranties), Darrell (courtesy shuttle driver who picked me up at home and delivered me to the dealership to pick up the new car), and Mike (Sales Manager). The entire team at Hudson Ford made this a really fun experience. They all knew I was comparing Ford product to other brands but at the end of the day, when the service department manager (Kelly Bradley) walks past the sales floor and calls you by name, you can't place a value on that! The service team kept me looking for my new vehicle from Ford, the sales team sealed the deal by extending the quality service and support I've come to value from Hudson Ford. More

Amillie stayed beyond her work day to help us finish the purchase. She printed out several purchase options for each car so we could choose the best deal. She took time to set up our phones with bluetooth and programmed the Seruis radio channels. Levi had all the finance paperwork ready for us. He listened to how we might use the vehicle,t as well as how long we typically keep a vehicle. He offered extended warranty packages but was not pushy and suggested what he thought would be most useful for us. The fresh cookies and coffee was a plus too. They had three of the cars I wanted to purchase (2015 Ford Focus SE) in stock for me to choose from. Ford was offering great incentives for this car. It was a win-win for everyone. I look forward to having my car serviced with Hudson Ford in the future. Thanks! More

Though I couldn't meet up with her on Saturday as I had hoped to, Trisha was there and able to help me on Monday. We found the right vehicle for me (at sister dealership 40 miles away) and they had my SUV driven to Hudson for my purchase. Levy did a wonderful job of the financing and getting an approval for me. Outstanding! I have dealt with many dealers in the past and in all honesty I dread it when I need to go see one. It's time consuming, full of sales pressure (espe I have dealt with many dealers in the past and in all honesty I dread it when I need to go see one. It's time consuming, full of sales pressure (especially when you get to financing), full of inaccuracies and sometimes even outright lies. BUT NOT WITH HUDSON FORD! These people are amazing! I seriously enjoyed my time with everyone I worked with, including the service people I met in the process. Joe and Mike were happy to have my business, but more importantly they were obviously and sincerely interested in me! Meeting my needs, putting me first, going the extra mile (or 200 miles in my case), these people didn't just want my business, they wanted a friend! The hardest part for me in purchasing a new vehicle always seems to be the price I am given on my Trade-in, BUT NOT WITH HUDSON FORD! They offered me a decent price out of the gate, but when I said I wanted $1.000.00 more, they did not tear down my trade or give me a thousand reasons why my trade was not worth it, NO, instead Mike took a quick look at my trade and moments later walked back in, shook my hand and said "You got it buddy, I will give you what you are asking!" So there you have it, in my 34 years of car buying experiences since my first $600 used car in 1982, I have never been treated so well. Joe B., Mike H., Levi and the rest of the Hudson Ford crew...You have my business!! Oh, and did I mention the price they gave me on the new truck was LOWEST you could find! Even the "True Car" website categorized my purchase price as the lowest reported! And that was the price offered to me when i walked in the door! Sincerely, Tim W. More
