When I arrived, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The paperwork was explained in detail by Levi Klaudt and Trisha even sat with me in my new Ford Escape to explain everything from bumper to bumper. From searching for the right make and model, to driving away, the entire process was simple and stress free. Trisha even checked back after the sale to see how I and my Escape were doing.
