Once we decided to purchase the car, it was a very smooth process from getting our trade in appraised, setting up financing, and signing all the paperwork. Pricing was reasonable and there were not a bunch of add ons or high pressure upselling. Lew made sure all of the OnStar features were set up before we left for our drive home with our new truck.
