Lex Frahm was great to work with on the purchase of the 2015 Chevy Impala. Being from out of state I was concerned it would be a major hassle to complete the purchase. Lex made the entire process a breeze 2015 Chevy Impala. Being from out of state I was concerned it would be a major hassle to complete the purchase. Lex made the entire process a breeze. 1 . He had the car ready for my test drive when I arrive. 2 . He gave me enough time to test drive the car in both city and expressway conditions. 3. I did have some questions about the cars performance and Lex was quick to get with the service department to provide the proper traction control settings to meet my driving style. 4. I did not buy the car during my initial visit and test drive. After reviewing some other vehicle options I determined this car had all of the options and features i had been looking for years. 5. I contact Lex from my Schaumburg, Illinois location and let him know I wanted to purchase the car. Lex was able to have the Dealership hold the car until I could return in a couple of days. 6. The purchasing process went smoothly. The entire staff at Wilde East Towne Honda was friendly and professional. I also appreciate the good coffee selections they provided while I waited for all the paperwork to be completed. 7. After the purchase was completed, Lex reviewed all of the setting adjustments to make sure I was comfortable on the drive home. 8. During the review of the settings, we found that the tire pressure was a little low on all 4 tires. Lex was quick to have me pull the car into one of the service bays and brought the pressure up to the 35 PSI I requested. After I got it home I inspected all of the tires and they were all at the proper pressure. The low pressure is a common problem with ambient air temperature changes. The 9.
