Great people! There was no pressure at all. They made it so easy. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Kim, Chris, and Lexi were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make this a positive experience for me. Kim so patiently answered a million questions and tracked down the perfect vehicle for me- every interaction was so pleasant! Chris helped finalize our purchase and oriented us to the many features of our new 2024 Tucson Hybrid (yay!!). He reached out after the sale to make sure all was well and see if we had any questions. Lexi made the paperwork process a breeze- explained things so well and ensured we understood all our options, but without any pressure. About noon on a recent Friday I found an Ioniq 6 available at Allen Turner Hyundai, about a hour from my home in Alabama. Shortly after 6pm that evening I had my beautiful Red Ioniq 6 SEL sitting in available at Allen Turner Hyundai, about a hour from my home in Alabama. Shortly after 6pm that evening I had my beautiful Red Ioniq 6 SEL sitting in my front drive while I was signing lease documents with the salesperson who delivered the car to my door. THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I’ve bought or leased about twenty new cars from domestic and foreign dealerships and my reaction to the experience has ranged from not as bad as a root canal, to that wasn’t the most useless use of my time, but came close. Everybody in the vehicle procurement process at Allen Turner Hyundai was great and clearly focused on making it fast, efficient, and easy for me. I am dead serious: Allen Turner Hyundai is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Impossible to rate them too high. More
