This is the worst dealership I have ever visited. To lure you into buying a car, they show you attractive numbers on paper and even ask what down payment you’d like to make—all just to trap you into To lure you into buying a car, they show you attractive numbers on paper and even ask what down payment you’d like to make—all just to trap you into letting them run your credit score. Once they got approval for my deal, they claimed there was another buyer for the car and told me I’d have to put down nearly double the amount if I wanted it—even though we had already agreed on the terms before I authorized the credit check. You should know that if they show you numbers here, IT MEANS NOTHING; they’ll easily change them after running your credit. Or worse: if there’s another buyer—who, by the way, arrived after I was already in the process of finalizing the purchase—they’ll try to sell the car to both of us at the same time and start a bidding war to see who pays more. Listen, I’m handing this case over to my lawyers; I’m sure they’ll point out all the violations you committed regarding this deal, and we’ll see you in court. More

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Valencia. The entire team was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with throughout the process. The only minor downside was that the process took a bit longer than expected, but overall the positive attitude and professionalism of the staff more than made up for it.
