I have been with the company for about 4 years so far starting at the detail department, then moving to the service department, and now in the sales department! I have lived/studied in the US and Mexico which allowed me to be fluent in both languages and I also work very well with Spanish speaking guests. He was very passive aggressive in explaining everything and when I asked him why it seemed so serious/uptight he responded in a passive aggressive way saying “we’re actually the most laid back dealership I and when I asked him why it seemed so serious/uptight he responded in a passive aggressive way saying “we’re actually the most laid back dealership I’ve ever worked at” after he had gotten upset about me asking questions about the car I own. He had a trenchcoat and clear painted nails and seemed like he wanted to act the part of the boss instead of improve somebody’s experience. I normally don’t write reviews like this but Mercedes is a very prestige corporation to be having this behavior at a position that isn’t a starting one. I’m a younger guy so maybe he assumed I’m immature or don’t have money but either way I think some customer support training would be beneficial More

After buying a brand new C 43 started having issues around 5000 miles with my transmission learn lunging forward after I stop brought it in initially and the problem was fixed for about a week or so th around 5000 miles with my transmission learn lunging forward after I stop brought it in initially and the problem was fixed for about a week or so then it came back. They had to do a valve body on a new car kind of scary but hopefully the fix will work. Seems OK now I appreciate the help. Derek gave me in service. He was wonderful and the loaner was nice too.
