Second time's a charm I was hesitant to car shop with Driver Select again due to the not-so-great experience I encountered my first time around, but Lilia certainly made up I was hesitant to car shop with Driver Select again due to the not-so-great experience I encountered my first time around, but Lilia certainly made up for It. She got me into a car that I was not particularly interested in; however, after my test drive and since driving it for almost a week, I absolutely love it! It's sporty, fast, roomy and has tons of great features! Anyone who has used Driver Select knows that the buying process is pretty easy and fairly quick. Lilia allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted and she let me make my own decisions regarding certain contract terms and details that before I felt forced/coerced into. Lilia seemed very understanding of what I wanted/needed; she didn't rush the process and she was very professional. I can see myself driving my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T for years to come! The first time I went by, she showed me the car I had interest in but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Thru the week, with my permission, she emailed me 3 or 4 cars that fit what I was after. I stopped again on Saturday. She had the cars ready for me to test drive. The entire process of purchasing the one I chose took less than two hours. I highly recommend Driversselect. She took my info over the phone and in less than 15 min she called me back with the approval info and asked when could I get the car. I got to the delearship and was out of there in less than one hour with the car 👍🏾 and happy daughter 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. How is that possible? SUPER DUPER AWESOME & EASY EXPERIENCE!! As an out of town buyer, I was worried the car buying process would be more difficult however Lilia set everything up for me before I headed that way As an out of town buyer, I was worried the car buying process would be more difficult however Lilia set everything up for me before I headed that way and was super easy to reach!! She is AWESOME as is driverselect!! Also, as a first time car-buyer, I was nervous as I had initially looked at another vehicle at a different dealership and was pressured and haggled by the car salesman to get a vehicle that was not in my price range and also was not 100% what I was looking for HOWEVER at driverselect, my experience was 100% different. I initially spoke with Lilia and explained to her my situation and what I was looking for and throughout the entire process I was never pressured into anything & felt that she truly wanted me to find the right vehicle that was 100% right for me, which I did very easily. Once I arrived to driverselect after a 5hr drive from my hometown, I was impressed with the entire driverselect team as we were offered refreshments & Lilia was notified I had arrived while we were seated in a semi-private office area where the paperwork would be completed. After less than 45 minutes, the entire car-buying process was complete & i was on my way in my new vehicle which had just been wash and had a full tank of gas!!! Overall, my experience with Lilia, Robin & the entire driverselect team was phenomenal and I will be recommending them to anyone who is beginning their car-buying process!!! More
