After the 1st inquiry sent to the dealership the service was absolutely amazing!!!! Lilia Galindo was our Salesperson was very attentive through the entire process. I mean this girl was on FIRE!!!! She responded to every call, email and text within 10 mins and gave me all the answers I needed. Lilia also did a FANTABULOUS job at securing our financing....on MY TERMS. Literally asked me how much I had to put down and how much could I afford monthly. She called back in 2 hours with the exact figures that I asked for. Low down payment with a monthly payment under $400.00 for a 2014 Chevy Camaro with only 12,000 miles, we couldn't be happier! Exceeded my expectations and overall experience was beyond comfortable not pushy like other dealerships and very straightforward. Best car buying experience ever!!! Will definitely be back for my SUV. More

I got a great car at a great deal with great financing and an excellent extended warranty. Driver select has a lifetime customer in me and I will ask for Lilia directly. Quick and easy! This is my 1st auto purchase from Drivers Select. Lilia Galindo moved quickly to try to close the deal with me. Josh Lopez- from the Finance dept. dro This is my 1st auto purchase from Drivers Select. Lilia Galindo moved quickly to try to close the deal with me. Josh Lopez- from the Finance dept. dropped in and introduced himself. Everyone was really nice. Honestly, this was the least stressful car purchase to date! Most of the process was done before I arrived. Once I got to the dealership, the car I was looking at had been pulled around and was ready for me to test drive. I was pleased with the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase. I think I was at Drivers Select for only 2 and a half hours max. The lady that went over the paperwork was friendly, but I wished she would've taken time to thoroughly go over all the documents I was signing. She was pointing out, where to sign, but very hurriedly explained what document was what. To be fair, when I stopped and asked questions, she answered, it just would've been nice if she could've slowed down a bit to provide a summary of what each document said and mentioned the "need to know" info. This is the only step I would say take your time with...know what you are signing and ask questions- just for your own protection. Other than that, everything was great. After signing the paperwork, I was on my way! Lilia provided bags for me to put my things from my trade in. It was super painless. I have some people I am going to refer to Drivers Select ...THIS is what buying a car should be like! More
