Carlos, listened and took notes on the deal I wanted to walk away with and he got the financing done to my complete satisfaction. I did my deal mostly over the phone and via text. As promised, when I came by to pick up vehicle, car was ready and ALL the paperwork was ready to sign!! I couldn’t be more happy with the level of service I received and the ease that they made the deal happen. I will be getting another Subaru from Hanlees Napa Subaru in the next 3-4 years and I’m absolutely 100% comfortable recommending them to family, friends and acquaintances alike.
