I had been looking for a new car and researching extensively for months. This dealership hands-down is the best Cadillac dealership in Central Florida, in my opinion.. They immediately responded to extensively for months. This dealership hands-down is the best Cadillac dealership in Central Florida, in my opinion.. They immediately responded to my questions. They were not pushy. Unlike other dealerships, they took the $7500 EV tax credit off the list price of the vehicle. They honored their quoted price without any hidden fees. They didn’t play games. They didn’t add unnecessary items like another Cadillac dealership in Central Florida that wanted to charge $2,700 for a lot of unnecessary crap (nitrogen in the tires, pinstriping, VIN etching, etc.).That same dealership informed me that I could not refuse those extra services and I had to pay it. Eventually, I was told that maybe they could bring down the price by a few hundred dollars. Watch out for scammers/hustlers who like to play games like that. My vehicle was purchased entirely online, and delivered to my house for free. Huston Cadillac will deliver vehicles anywhere in central Florida for free. Other Cadillac dealers said they would not deliver, not take the $7500 tax credit off, and not allow a vehicle ,that was in transit from the factory to the dealership, to be secured with either a commitment and/or deposit. A few Cadillac dealerships would deliver, but they charged by the mile, if the distance from the dealership to the customer‘s home was more than 25 miles. Other Cadillac dealerships said that you could begin to purchase online, but had to finish the purchase at the dealership, because there were so many technical details of the vehicles ( supposedly) that needed to be explained in person, that they really wanted you to come into the dealership to finish the purchase. In addition, Huston had the best price for the vehicle that I was looking for. I purchased a vehicle that was delivered brand new from the factory. I was able to secure it ( make sure that the car was saved for me) by providing information they requested and by indicating I agreed to their terms ( sales price and financing). I did not have to put a deposit on it. With other car dealerships, I was worried that they would sell it right out from under me, while I was still in the process of purchasing it. Lily, our salesperson ,was super friendly, helpful, informative, and went the extra mile at every return to ensure our complete satisfaction.Even after the purchase, she’s been available for questions and has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend Huston Cadillac located in Lake Wales, Florida. Regardless of where you live in Central Florida, if you’re in the market for a Cadillac check out their website- you can buy it online to get it delivered to your house for free, without all the high-pressure games, hidden added fees, and the nonsense you get at other places.
