The service that I've received from this dealership was Awesome. I've been communicating with Wilsonville Toyota & Gladstone Toyota with my car purchase. Wilsonville Toyota did not fight for my service. Al Awesome. I've been communicating with Wilsonville Toyota & Gladstone Toyota with my car purchase. Wilsonville Toyota did not fight for my service. All they were concerned was pushing me into a vehicle with their financial obligation and not mines. Unacceptable. Gladstone Toyota was persistent on helping me from the start to finish. Lina and George communicated with me for nearly a month to get me into a vehicle with my financial affordability and rate. They are both the best. The cracked windshield has been replaced today. I would have hoped this had been addressed before the sale. Also, the headlight assemblies are Full of moisture! Thes are a safety concern and also should have been addressed prior. I would appreciate new assemblies being shipped at no charge to my residence asap, please. I will do the install I have sent photos regarding the windshield and Headlights. Have a Blessed Day. P.S. Dolf Nuno was also good to work with. Thank You and I look forward to hearing back soon. Lina greeted me with a huge smile and a hand to shake. She was very friendly, patient and respectful from the beginning to the end. I appreciate her and the help she gave me. I worked with her when I was looking for a car in September 2022. She was easy to work with then and this time as well. I only wanted to work with her because of the positive experience I had in 2022. She is great at what she does, no pressure, and she wants to make sure I have all the information to be able to make my decision. I brought my car in for service on Dec 29th and was hoping to be able to find a replacement for it and I did with Lina’s help. I contacted Lina after I made my appt for service appt. She replied right away and she said we could meet while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. She said she had a couple of cars for me to look at. She was ready and prepared for my visit. Just another positive attribute of Lina. She’s great, what else can I say. The gentleman who helped with all the paperwork was efficient, friendly, helpful, kind and fast. He made it all painless and stress free. He was awesome. Gladstone Toyota is great place to go when you’re looking for a car. More
