After picking up my car it started making ALOT of noise the more I drove down Brice road. Grant, previously NO rattling, bumping or anything was happening! It was NOT making ANY sounds when I brought it in the more I drove down Brice road. Grant, previously NO rattling, bumping or anything was happening! It was NOT making ANY sounds when I brought it in! I've had my oil & filter changed MANY of time from Chicago to Columbus, now ironically all these bells, whistles, and noises started going off and happening the moment I picked it up!!! The guys in service claimed they didn't do anything and refuse to fix whatever they DID to cause this noisy problem because that would be admitting! So they all played dumb and naive! Yet, they had the audacity to request I bring my car back if ever want my brakes done! Ha! I then stopped at the grocery store on my way home, when I opened the trunk to put the bags in ALL of my things was pulled out a box that I keep in there to prevent stuff from shifting around, the jumper cables was half opened, other items was moved around and repositioned! It was obvious the service team rambled all through my car! I'm not sure what they was looking for but a fool would leave anything of value in the trunk of a 2006 Corolla! Seriously, Smh! I am highly pissed off, angry, and honestly would like to result to other measures, but I'm trying to seek other options! So if you can point me to the right person there whom I can contact, file a report regarding this experience and to get my car back to the way it was I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you. More

We were losing my wife's Lexus which was her baby and it was going to be a hard decision for both of us. We started out with the dealership right next to Germain but they simply reinforced our greatest fears. They really did not have a clue. Entering Germain, we were greeted warmly by Tyrique. He asked all the right questions, had the right answers and worked very hard to find us something we would enjoy. The whole process was easy to understand and the entire team including Demetrius and Lincoln went above and beyond to make this work for us. Great people, great service I had went to another dealer prior to this and just felt like I was getting the run around. So I went here and was happy to find a salesman who knew w I had went to another dealer prior to this and just felt like I was getting the run around. So I went here and was happy to find a salesman who knew what he was doing, was willing to work with me on the things I wanted, instead of just showing me what he thought I needed. I also got to talk to the sales manager who was very nice and friendly, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! I won't go anywhere else but here again. I actually had the check engine light come on in my brand new 2019 Toyota Tacoma, less than a week after buying it. When it was figured out that the actual.computer was bad, they did everything they could to make it right, and actually switched me.over to another truck that was exactly the same as what I had purchased, so I didn't have to deal with the worry of future issues with the other truck. Again, everyone was very helpful and friendly, and couldn't have asked for better service. More
