This was a very nice experience. I would have happily given them 5 stars but they just couldn't give me three days to take the car home and get it checked by my own mechanic. Kelly said the company could given them 5 stars but they just couldn't give me three days to take the car home and get it checked by my own mechanic. Kelly said the company couldn't because they don't know the mechanic and that he could say anything. That seems like a flimsy excuse as I don't know their mechanic but was ready to step out in faith and buy the car. Anyway, I liked the car and I bought it and a week later I'm still happy. Through it all Lincoln Newton, the salesman I worked with, and Kelly were respectful and very helpful (except in the above situation...LOL). I bought a Prius 4 with 34K miles. Drives like a dream! My experience with my Rav4 LE Purchase I received great service from Bill Severance Sales Manager and Lincoln Newton. Mr. Newton brought my 2019 Rav4 LE to the entrance for me to look it o I received great service from Bill Severance Sales Manager and Lincoln Newton. Mr. Newton brought my 2019 Rav4 LE to the entrance for me to look it over and go through the redesign features of the 2019 RAV 4. We then took it for a test drive. The purchase and sales paperwork went smoothly and efficiently. I was given a tour of the dealership and introduced to the parts manager and the Service department. I was able to purchase the weather Teach floor mats and mudguards for my vehicle. Future appointments were made for my scheduled service. All in all I was impressed by the personnel at White River Toyota and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
