Carlos is by far one of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with and definitely the greatest salesman I’ve encountered. My last two vehicle purchases I left the dealerships feeling like a commission and worked with and definitely the greatest salesman I’ve encountered. My last two vehicle purchases I left the dealerships feeling like a commission and less like a happy buyer; for a moment working with Carlos sounded just like my dad sitting me down to discuss vehicle options and industry realities! In other words he transcends the role of salesperson and genuinely made my experience attainable, easy, timely, and enjoyable! I was not inundated with options and opportunities that I didn’t ask for; but, instead we planned around what I was asking for and how we could both make it happen. He carried most of the “making it happen” weight, but it was a great success. Will be back in 2027 when I start to look at my next vehicle option! More
