John Hobson

Three years ago, I met John when I was looking to buy a suburban. He didn’t have the car I needed, but I remembered him. When it came time for a new car, I went to see if he might still be in that same off suburban. He didn’t have the car I needed, but I remembered him. When it came time for a new car, I went to see if he might still be in that same office. I’m so glad that he was! His involvement in the community led us to know a lot of the same people, and there’s an ease about him that gave me a real confidence in his opinion. He didn’t sell me on the car, but somehow I suddenly found myself watching him pull my first brand new car off the showroom floor! It was beyond exciting. I’m very grateful to him and the last finance guy I signed the papers with. There was a guy in the middle that was shifty and wouldn’t give me a straight answer when talking intrest rates and kept trying to hard sell me a warranty. He almost killed the deal. I nearly walked. But John got me through it and the last guy was wonderful and brought the whole experience back to a happy place as I signed for my first new car with my 8 year old daughter next to me. It was a big purchase, and scary! But I’m glad I pulled the trigger. The car is perfect for us and we still giggle a little every time we get in it and enjoy alllll the bells and whistles.
