But my buying experience at Dellen In Greenefield Indiana was surprising pleasant. The sales person was so friendly, down to earth and took time to explain things on the vehicle. Everyone I was introduced to from the general manager to the technician in the service were all so friendly and offered to provide service in any way they could. Finding the vehicle I wanted and the financing process was so easy and a lot less stressful on me than I experienced with past dealership. Very low pressure sales, and Linda Mabee is always a pleasure to work with - I can't recommend her enough. I was very specific on the trim level, options, and color of AWD Equinox I was looking for, and Linda searched in a three state area to find exactly what I was looking for. She ended up finding one an hour drive from Greenfield, and had it brought in right away. The finance office was also a good experience; Matthew worked with us to cut us a deal on an extended warranty package for a very attractive price. 25 years ago, I sold cars myself before going to college and entering my current career field - so I know right away when a dealership is being up front and focused on their customers - and Dellen definitely is. No games, and no hassle. We've bought three new Chevrolets in three years here - zero desire to go anywhere else. More
