Many attempts were made to correct the problem and the customer service and service department teams went to extremes to make sure that it was finally corrected. Hooray! More

one mistake after another when I purchased my vehicle, it was used, I had. 3.5% interest rate from my credit union. I was told they would beat it. They gave me a 3.4%, a week l when I purchased my vehicle, it was used, I had. 3.5% interest rate from my credit union. I was told they would beat it. They gave me a 3.4%, a week later, they called and said the rate changed to 3.9% because the initial rate was for a vehicle $1000 less and they changed the bank I initially signed to finance through with them. I was registering my vehicle in Delaware and was told they had everything covered and had said I'd just tag it myself. They still had me do it through them, and after a month, they said I had to go to the Delaware DMV to get an inspection because it wasn't a valid inspection through them because I am registering in Delaware. So I couldn't get my tags or title after they had repeatedly given me wrong information and charged me for these services. Repeatedly I had to go through hoops after dealing with this company because they kept changing the information they gave me. More

Worst customer service The quality of customer service at Antwerpen Catonsville is horrendous. They told me if I had any issues with my used car within the week, to bring it The quality of customer service at Antwerpen Catonsville is horrendous. They told me if I had any issues with my used car within the week, to bring it back in and they would take care of it for me. However a problem that they themselves noted and said they would handle (just getting my key fob replaced) has been a massive time sink for me. After texting/calling/emailing Robert Wales, I received no response on getting my key fixed, despite him telling me he would take care of it when I realized it wasn’t working the day I bought the car. He then tells me he placed an order for the part and when I called their customer relations manager Linda Peters, she told me the part had not been ordered yet and she had to do it for me. Linda has been great to work with but the sales and service staff I’ve had to deal with have been amongst the worst at communicating with me. More
