MY NAME IS LINDA SALINAS, I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN RACINE WISCONSIN. I AM A WIFE AND A STEPMOTHER TO TWO LOVELY ADULT YOUNG LADIES AND HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 18 YEARS. I HAVE THREE DOGS WHICH ARE MY FUR BABIES, LOVE THEM TO DEATH! WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER MANDI WHO IS 13, SADIE WHO IS A 3 YEAR OLD BLACK LAB AND OUR CHOCOLATE /SILVER LAB NAMED DORIE WHO IS ALMOST 2. I ENJOY SPENDING TIME AT HOME WITH MY HUSBAND AND PUPS AND BEING AROUND MY DEAR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS MUCH AS I CAN. I ENJOY MY JOB AND THE PEOPLE I WORK FOR WORK WITH AND THE CUSTOMERS. I APPRECIATE MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS BUT ALWAYS WELCOME NEW ONES. WITH MY JOB AS A SERVICE WRITER THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT ALWAYS LEARNING NEW THINGS AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE. I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE TESTING AND TRAINING WITH TOYOTA AND HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. MY FIRST FEW YEARS WITH THE DEALERSHIP I WROTE SERVICE FOR HONDA WHICH I ALSO ENJOYED BUT I AM HAPPY TO BE WITH AND STAYED WITH TOYOTA.

We had the struts on her van repaired two years ago, one of them went bad, dealership replaced strut under warranty, but we had to pay for labor. They also charged us to align the vehicle. When we got the car back, the vehicle pulled to the left worse than when we brought it in. We had to bring it back again today and have the alignment done again. More

Charged a 3% fee for paying with a credit card how lame for a business this size to do that! Also they recommend services that aren’t yet needed.
