I HAVE THREE DOGS WHICH ARE MY FUR BABIES, LOVE THEM TO DEATH! WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER MANDI WHO IS 13, SADIE WHO IS A 3 YEAR OLD BLACK LAB AND OUR CHOCOLATE /SILVER LAB NAMED DORIE WHO IS ALMOST 2. I ENJOY SPENDING TIME AT HOME WITH MY HUSBAND AND PUPS AND BEING AROUND MY DEAR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS MUCH AS I CAN. I ENJOY MY JOB AND THE PEOPLE I WORK FOR WORK WITH AND THE CUSTOMERS. I APPRECIATE MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS BUT ALWAYS WELCOME NEW ONES. WITH MY JOB AS A SERVICE WRITER THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT ALWAYS LEARNING NEW THINGS AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE. I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE TESTING AND TRAINING WITH TOYOTA AND HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. MY FIRST FEW YEARS WITH THE DEALERSHIP I WROTE SERVICE FOR HONDA WHICH I ALSO ENJOYED BUT I AM HAPPY TO BE WITH AND STAYED WITH TOYOTA.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location which is why I come back. Everything is done right and explained clearly! I could find the same services elsewhere but good customer service is hard to fin is why I come back. Everything is done right and explained clearly! This was my first experience with Linda and the fact that I wrote her name down for future services should speak volumes. She is very personable, professional, and should be the standard for every service center Toyota has. More

We've dealt with Zeigler toyota for many years. Service from the sales people and the service people has always been great. In the service department I am so glad to have Linda to help me time when Service from the sales people and the service people has always been great. And I don't know the names of the people who have serviced us whenever we came in but the entire staff gave always been great. I wouldn't go anywhere else More

Oil pan drain valve was installed incorrectly. Was lied to and told it was “made of paper and it tore”. Leaked oil all over my driveway. Another time, my tires were NOT rotated. Yet another time, Was lied to and told it was “made of paper and it tore”. Leaked oil all over my driveway. Another time, my tires were NOT rotated. Yet another time, conventional motor oil was put in. Yet ANOTHER time, the maintenance timer was not reset. And yet another, other time, the fluids were not topped off. For $125 an hour and 200% MSRP mark up on parts, I expect better from the largest automobile company in the world. More
