Constantly pushing unneeded service and plans at ridiculous prices. I’ve been a mechanic and understand how shops work with book values and cost. had to schedule 3 different appointments after being told parts were there for recalls and after dropping it off being told they don’t have them. More

WORST DEALER EVER. My brother went to buy a SUV and before signing the contract, the seller told him the car WILL BE at the dealer BEFORE the 20th of September(false pr My brother went to buy a SUV and before signing the contract, the seller told him the car WILL BE at the dealer BEFORE the 20th of September(false pretenses). Now, they don't know when the SUV will be there, while my brother's is out of car. Clearly,they lie to him so he'll sign the contract. They won't even compensate him with a free accessory or something for breaching of contract and damages. More
