Very helpful sales consultant I contacted them through the Internet and advised them I was interested in a used vehicle on their lot, I provided a link to a very similar vehicle a I contacted them through the Internet and advised them I was interested in a used vehicle on their lot, I provided a link to a very similar vehicle at another dealer and asked if they would compete, I got a couple responses from sales people, ranging from come talk to me to go buy the other one that price is good. Lindsay Wagner texted me as said she thought she could come close to that price, that I should come in and check it out. I did, and she was right they came way down and I got the car I wanted. She handed me off to Lindsay Wagner. Lindsay knows her stuff about the features of the vehicle, and was just extremely friendly and professional to work with. Lindsay went out of her way (took an hour that she didn't have to) to walk us through everything important about the vehicle before we drove off the lot. Alex in the business office was also very professional and crisp with the financing process. I also felt as if the dealership was extremely fair in negotiating the trade in value of my used vehicle. Would recommend this dealership as well as Vera, Lindsay, and Alex to friends and relatives. More

My lease was due to expire in the near future and I was exploring my options. I had spoken with a sales rep, the current situation prevented me from moving forward; or so I thought. I was also working with another dealer. My goal was to lower my monthly payments. So I was considering a smaller vehicle (2016 Honda Civic) than I currently have (2013 Avalon). Lindsay Wagner, the sales rep at IG Toyota, became aware of the situation and reached out to me. Her call was unsolicited on my part. In short, she was able to put together an excellent financing package on a 2016 Camry XSE. I was very pleased with her professionalism and the fact that she was proactive. Tom Lenzmeier More

Lindsay was delightful to work with - low pressure, enthusiastic, and a great listener! Jessica (in Finance) was organized and friendly, and made things very easy for me. The hand-off between Lindsay and Jessica was seamless! When I wrote out my check, I said "I love to buy things from nice people" and I meant this whole-heartedly.
